Girls Cricket

Peninsula Junior Cricket Club offers girls cricket teams and programs for girls from the ages of 6 to 15 .

Peninsula Junior Cricket Club offers girls cricket teams and programs for girls from the ages of 6 to 15 (with some exceptions if older). The Woolworths Master Blaster program is ideal for 7 & 8 year old. MWJCA junior cricket competitions are offered in u/11, u/13 and u/15. New formats mean faster matches, more action and more fun with friends.


U11, U13’s & U15’s Girls League games are played at one location on Saturdays at David Thomas & Millers grounds in Manly Vale. U11’s in the morning starting 10:30 & both the 13’s starting at 1pm.


The Master Blasters Days & Times vary season to season and are played either on a Friday Afternoon/Evening  or on Saturday morning at Jacksons Rd, Warriewood with 8:30 Start & generally a 10am finish.


MWJCA has significantly expanded its girls cricket program over the past years. Many initiatives have been put in place to encourage participation at the junior club level as well as a pathway for additional cricket opportunities. MWJCA are winners of 2 national awards at the Cricket Australia a Sport for All awards – ‘The Association of the Year’ in part due to the growth in girls’ cricket and ‘Initiative of the Year’ - for our girls’ hub.
